This hotel perfectly fits my needs with great internet access, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar. Their staff once helped me find local dining. I’m looking forward to my visit this Christmas!

I had an excellent time during my stay! The room was fantastic, spacious, sleek décor with a cozy sofa bed. I loved the convenience of the Starbucks café onsite, perfect for quick caffeine fixes. The pool area was a bit chaotic with kids, but it didn't ruin the enjoyment overall.

The location is ideal, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The artisan bread at breakfast was a delightful touch. however, the overall dining experience was disappointing due to slow service and limited options. A concerning incident occurred when housekeeping entered our room unannounced, leading to a stressful situation. This miscommunication overshadowed what could have been a pleasant end to our stay.

I appreciated the late-night pool access, but had issues with the elevator.

I had a wonderful stay with my family, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere, especially with the outdoor games by the pool. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean and tidy. However, I think they could improve by having more dining options available beyond breakfast hours.

Amazing staff saved the day!

We were sent here after a bad experience next door. Sydney at the front desk was super nice and worked it out for us to get adjoining king rooms, which was a lifesaver for our family of four. The rooms were clean and spacious. Just wish the breakfast options weren't all prepackaged stuff.

Had an awesome weekend with friends at this place! We hit up the Palmer Course, which was great, and spent some time at Cedar Creek Golf Course. The staff was super friendly, and checking in was a breeze. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group. Free breakfast was tasty too!

Only downside was the elevator situation. one was out of service, making it tricky to get around with our bags. We had to use the stairs that one time, which wasn’t ideal.

Clean room, friendly staff, the front desk attendant Jakob was especially helpful during our stay by providing us with local tips, and the location is perfect with easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby.

The pool was open late and the beds were super comfy! Plus, I left some earrings behind, and they kindly offered to send them back to me.
